COVID-19 Virus Continuity Statement
At LRS, we are keenly aware of the potential impact the Coronavirus (COVID-19) could have on our business as well as the effect it could have on our customers. Our utmost concern is the safety of our employees and our customer’s employees.
As the rate of new COVID-19 cases has slowed and restrictions have eased in many locations, LRS employees have returned to our offices in most areas. We are working to ensure the work environment is safe for our employees, which means frequent and extensive cleaning and providing hand sanitizer and face masks.
We continue to limit business travel for our employees to essential travel only. At LRS IT Solutions, we continue to do everything possible to continue with our projects and contractual obligations without interruption. We understand that some of our projects are in phases that simply require on-site, face-to-face interactions in order to complete the planned project tasks.
In those situations where on-site interaction is truly required, we will continue to meet those requirements and treat it as ‘essential’ business travel when the health and safety of the employees of both companies allows.
We ask each customer to continue to be open minded and consider our attempts to utilize virtual meetings, phone, or online conferencing to meet sales needs and project tasks during this temporary time.
