We’ve added Michael Duncan to our team as our Service Delivery Manager. We think he’s perfect for this position.
He comes to us with 18+ years of experience in information technology and managed services across a variety of industries, focusing on process automation, project management, and service delivery and support. He’s got technical and business chops, with an MBA from University of Florida, Warrington College of Business, in Gainesville, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Michael and his team will be responsible for the delivery of technical services to LRS clients. His skills in project management and process will enhance our delivery of services to the marketplace. He will also have a key role in skills development of our internal team and expanding the technical staff as we continue to grow.
